ERSFNA have acquired the services of Hilton Oakland Airport hotel to serve as the main accommodation for Youth Sports participants and their parents/guardians. The Hilton Hotel will also serve as an overflow to the Marriott, ERSFNA’s Headquarter Hotel. The iconic Hilton Oakland Airport hotel is an oasis by the airport - 12 manicured acres in a resort-like setting conveniently located less than a mile from Oakland International Airport (OAK) and two miles from the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system with subway access to downtown San Francisco. This document is to be used as a guide for Eritrean teams to properly register and enter the 2011 ERSFNA’s sports tournament in Oakland, California. The 2011 tournament will commence starting July 3rd through July 9th. The Basketball Tournament will be held from Thursday July 7th through Saturday July 9th.

The Eritrean Sports Federation in North America has selected to two beautiful and outstanding facilities for the 2011 Annual Sports Tournament. Due to scheduling conflict with California State University East Bay (CSUEB), ERSFNA was unable to secure the CSUEB venue for the entire week. However, ERSFNA has secured the services of Merritt Collage facility for Sunday July 3rd. All first games of the preliminary round adults’ soccer games will be held at Merritt Collage.
