Corporate sponsorship opportunities are available to companies wishing to elevate their visibility during the Tournament. Sponsors receive increased exposure through Tournament publications, the ERSFNA website, and on-site recognition. Sponsorship is available regardless of exhibit or vendor participation.

This document is to be used as guide for vendors who may be interested in the bid process to provide Food and Beverage Service at the main and secondary fields contracted by the Eritrean Sports Federation in North America (ERSFNA).
General Vendor Registration
ERSFNA is now offering fast and easy online vendor registration. This form is be used by General Vendors only. It does not apply to food and beverage related vendors. General vendors are merchant that provide goods for sale during the annual tournament.
Food Service Vendor Bid Submission Form
Please fill out all applicable fields on this form. A $100 performance bond is required to complete this form. Online payment instructions will be provided upon submission of this form. If a vendor fails to perfom after the contract is awarded, the bond will be forfieted. ERSFNA reserves the right within the confines of the organizational bylaws to accept or reject any vendor.
