1. No sound systems with capacity in excess of 15 watts are allowed in the stadium, NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. Sale or handling of the following products is prohibited:
   1. Illegal goods and/or services
   2. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or any related substances
   3. Political or Religious campaign materials display or sales
3. Violation of the above regulations will result in an IMMEDIATE ejection from the facility and furfiture of registration fund. Further legal action may be taken!
4. ERSFNA will make available an area sufficient to place one 6 feet long table and a couple of folding chairs for each vendor to utilize during the tournament on a first come first serve basis.   ERSFNA does not make any expressed or implied guarantees of anything other than what is stated above, nor does it accept any liablities of any damages referencing this application and participation by the vendor.
5. ERSFNA reserves the right, within the confines of the organizations bylaws, to reject or accept a vendor.

I understand the above Terms of Agreement and I Agree to comply with all ERSFNA's policies and procedures regarding event vendors. 

The registration fee is determined based on the following deadlines:

1. Early Registration - April 1^st to May 14^th at $450 per Vendor
2. Regular Registration - May15^th to June 14^th at $550 per Vendor
3. Onsite Registration^* - June 25^th to July 1^st at $700 per Vendor
